As a leader in the golf community, he has served as President of the South Florida PGA, a National PGA Officer, and Chairman of various committees dedicated to the growth of the game.

Beyond competition, Roger has dedicated his expertise to mentoring future golf professionals, managing premier golf facilities, and directing successful senior golf tours. His contributions to the sport have been recognized with numerous accolades, including induction into the South Florida PGA Hall of Fame.
